We are required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to California, where our business is based. Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address.

We do not collect sales tax on orders shipped outside of California at this time. As our business grows, this may change depending on sales thresholds in other states.

📦 Shipping

We currently ship within the U.S.

Shipping Rates:

• Flat Rate: $5.50 per order

• Free shipping on orders over $60

Processing Time:

• Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days

• Custom or made-to-order items may take slightly longer (noted in product descriptions)

Shipping Time:

• Once shipped, orders generally arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location

• We use USPS and occasionally UPS for shipping

Local Orders:
For safety and consistency, we ship all local orders via USPS. We do not offer in-person drop-off or pickup at this time.

📬 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

📮 Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they’ve been marked as delivered. If your package is delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first. We’re happy to help if you need additional support.
