📦 Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Flat Rate Shipping: We offer flat rate standard shipping at checkout.

• Carrier: Orders are shipped via USPS (or your preferred carrier).

• Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the carrier directly. We’re happy to assist where we can!

🚫 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our handmade soap and skincare products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, your satisfaction matters to us! If your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at CreativeHydrate.nourish@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We’ll review your request and do our best to make it right.
